Overview Officer, Business Development Executive, Consumer Banking Group. Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Regular. Job Posting: Dec 10, 2025, 10:10:11 AM. Responsibilities Build solid customer base. Play the “Hunter” role for customer acquisition to drive customer numbers. Assigned to branches across the network to source customers from nearby residential estates, office buildings, government departments, etc. Reflect customer feedback and competitive situation; recommend suggestions to Team Leader. Relationship building and account servicing. Open accounts, complete applications and related documentation for customers. Maintain up-to-date product/market knowledge to demonstrate high level of competency and professionalism. Coordinate with Treasures customers for relationship building and follow-up. Customer experience management and provision of superior service according to bank service standards. Process and follow through customer requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Account opening system support. Support ad hoc projects as required by management or project needs. Sales governance and compliance control; adhere to bank policies, standards, procedures, security and internal control measures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and code of conduct, including licensing, KYC, anti-money laundering and documentation completeness in account opening and each deal. Comply with regulatory codes and conditions imposed by HKMA and other bodies; adhere to the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC where applicable. Requirements Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related discipline. Must be registered TR with passes in IIQE papers 1 & 3; or equivalent. Preferably registered TR with passes in IIQE papers 2 & 5; or equivalent. Preferably registered RI with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
