Senior Bartender – Lobster Bar & Grill As a Senior Bartender – Lobster Bar & Grill, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard. Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars. Sound understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine. Customer‑oriented and self‑motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill. Excellent command of spoken and written English; fluent in Cantonese or Putonghua would be an advantage.
