Job Description Warehouse Supervisor Location: Tuen Mun | 50,000 sq ft logistics facility Company Overview We are a Hong Kong-listed company operating a major 50,000 sq ft warehouse and logistics centre in Tuen Mun. As part of a China state-owned enterprise with extensive experience in shipping, forwarding, and integrated logistics services, we are committed to operational excellence and long-term talent development. Role Summary We are seeking a capable and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead one of our warehouse teams. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining workflow efficiency. Candidates with a valid forklift license will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and logistics planning Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits Train and mentor team members to uphold performance and compliance standards Operate warehouse equipment as needed; forklift license is a strong advantage Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives Ideal Candidates Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with team leadership exposure Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office tools Holder of a valid forklift license is a plus Good communication skills What We Offer 6‑day work week with one additional day off per month 13‑month salary plus discretionary bonus Staff canteen with meal subsidy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Stable career path within a reputable logistics group Supportive working environment To Apply for This Job or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purpose only.
