Report to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Warehouse Team to perform the daily warehouse operations. He or she is required to oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities Supervise the team and oversee daily Warehouse Team operations. Responsible for the warehousing hygiene, efficiency and accuracy. Ensure the storage facilities are appropriate for all items (ambient, chilled or frozen), and in good housekeeping. Ensure materials received, stored and dispatched are clearly identified, in good conditions, and with record maintained. Responsible for workers’ operation training, the tools and PPEs use in material handling. Prepare reports for management purpose. Report for any slow moving and expired items in monthly basis. Work with Accounting Department on stock taking. Participate in SAP system operation, assist to identify problems and suggest solutions. Being the member of food safety team, we should involve in handling FSMS documents, implementation, various audits. To work towards the KPI, budget plan, and improvement initiatives. Perform other ad-hoc job duties as assigned from time to time and on requests basis. Qualifications Holder of Diploma or above related to Logistics Management or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Logistics and or warehousing area. Good communication and interpersonal skills, a team player. Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works to meet tight schedules.
