Senior Manager/ Manager, Middle Office (Transaction Monitoring) Monitor financial transactions and customer activity to detect potential risk. Analyze transaction data, customer profiles, and other relevant information to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies. Investigate and document suspicious activity findings, escalating high‑risk cases to the Compliance team. Conduct EDD and especially L2 investigation cases. Assist in updating the Operation Manual, preparing reports, and completing other ad‑hoc assignments. Provide recommendations on existing workflow to improve operational efficiency. Comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines. Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors. Requirements: Degree holder or above with a major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in transaction monitoring, EDD, or L2 in banking or financial institutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word‑processing software. Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and willing to accept challenges.
