For more details, please visit our website at Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all site activities and workforce, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and safely. This includes overseeing the work performed on site, coordinating with various teams, and addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain project schedules. Coordinate daily operations closely with the technical team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure adherence to technical specifications, work plans, and quality standards. Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative and operational matters, acting as a key point of contact to resolve queries, coordinate resources, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure that contractors strictly comply with working schedules, approved procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Monitor contractor performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as necessary to meet contractual and project demands. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Higher Diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines At least 5 years of relevant working experience in site supervision or project coordination, with comprehensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in low voltage systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Gate Barriers, Intruder Alarm, and Network Configuration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively as a good team player. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Immediate availability is preferred.
