Our client is a full main Contractor and Construction Management Company with headquarters in Hong Kong, one of the regions’ foremost contractors specialising in interior fit‑out. They are currently seeking a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join their team. Responsibilities Site coordination with Client Representatives, Consulting Engineers and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding site installation. Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager/engineer on the progress of work, and any non‑conformity related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawings and workmanship. Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure sufficient labour force. Requirements Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline. Recognised trade qualification in building / construction works. Minimum 5 years’ site supervision experience in construction or renovation or A & A works or relevant experience. Holder of REW is preferable. Hard‑working and self‑motivated. Strong leadership and communication skills.
