Senior Manager / Manager (Sales & Marketing) - Property Developer About this Employer A renowned property developer originated in Hong Kong with a vibrant working culture and excellent reputation in developing large‑scale high‑end residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. Upon recent successful business expansion and large parcels of land acquired in Hong Kong, the Group is looking for a Senior Manager/Manager to be part of the Sales & Marketing Team for the property sales launch in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Responsible for overall marketing & promotion for the new residential launch projects from strategic planning of sales & marketing plan, budget, pricing and resources allocation for first‑hand residential projects. Lead the internal team & engage closely with external property agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies, PR firms, media, reporters and other external vendors for the production of high‑quality marketing deliverables within set time frame. Lead the branding of the new residential projects including creative production including photography, 3D architecture rendering, animation, graphic design and copywriting. Plan & execute digital marketing strategies & campaigns, including website, social media, SEM, and SEO to enhance customer engagement and drive brand awareness. Develop, manage, monitor and provide guidance on all Sales Brochure, Rendering and Animations, Sales Office, Show Flats and other Marketing‑related materials. Coordinate closely with project team to generate general residential project design brief and appropriate flat mix to suit the upcoming market needs. Work closely with the property consultants and lawyers to ensure successful execution of the marketing plans & compliance of sales process in line with statutory requirements and user’s requirement. Requirements Degree holder in Surveying, Property Real Estate, BBA or related disciplines. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing for the residential market in Hong Kong. Familiar with entire property market and competitors in Hong Kong. Proven track record in achieving successful sales launches of high quality residential projects. Business acumen with strong leadership and management experiences. Self‑driven and highly motivated person and ideally established strong network in the property market. Excellent communication skills of written and verbal in English and Chinese. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager.
