My client is one of the top 10 mass-market retailers, known for its great company culture and working environment. It has grown to become a leading grocery store chain focusing on providing high-quality products at the best prices.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience in all fabric construction, such as weaving, knitting, non-woven with fibre & yarn specialities (fabric structure, fluidity, ornamentation, expansion & compression)
  • Knowledgeable in fit approval to support the development of a standardized fit process
  • Assist to establish standardized blocks and grade rules for all textiles categories
  • Understand body & garment measurements with its grading, including plus sizes
  • Familiar with International sizes (EU, US, UK, AUS)
  • Drive and maintain technical pack accuracy and completeness to enhance product quality
  • Provide technical knowledge on garment construction/ finishing and workmanship to our global factories
Recruitments:
  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines (e.g. Textiles Technology, Apparel & Quality Management, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying offices, working with consumer products.
  • Good knowledge in fabric, sewing, garment fitting, pattern making and garment production (knit/woven).
