About the Team Product managers at OKX are the CEOs of their areas. We develop growth‑focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability, and deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. We build an integrated and beautiful crypto‑finance experience for mobile and web and collaborate across multiple business units. About the Opportunity As the Product Manager, you will discover new markets and revenue opportunities, innovate new products, and be an internal champion to build consensus and influence senior management. You will define, implement, and instrument market research, product design, and release processes for OKX’s payment systems. What You'll Be Doing Own your payment products (ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX, etc.). Develop the roadmap, backlog, and iterations to hit goals and KPIs. Outline features and technical integration requirements, working with product designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers. Verify squad deliverables and align customer support and key stakeholders for releases. Track product data metrics on the dashboard. Drive adoption and usage, partnering with marketing, risk, and other teams to optimize product experience. Ensure effective internal tools for new product launches. What We Look For In You Product management experience in payments with knowledge of clearing, settlement, and fiat custody. Visionary mindset for crypto market needs and payments industry changes. Experience designing and building payments systems and understanding risk management. Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with limited information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical competence and willingness to roll up sleeves and design scalable solutions. Metrics‑driven; proficiency in identifying, tracking, and acting on KPIs. Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
