Credit Card Product Manager

Responsibilities Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Source and onboard new merchant partners. Strengthen relationships with existing merchants to enhance retention and satisfaction. Prepare and present different sales reports. Provide training and support to merchants on product offerings and sales techniques. Contribute to new product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and mainland China for daily team operation. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications University degree with minimum 4-6 years marketing experience, preferably in credit card. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently. Strong communication skills for presentation and good project management skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
