We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing Department. This crucial, client-facing support role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who can bring structure, clarity, and drive to a complex, tight-deadline workflow. After-Sales Production & Workflow Coordination Support the full spectrum of the sales team’s client-facing activities, including design , layout , artwork , typesetting , proof-reading , translation , and printing production . Ensure all stages of the after-sales workflow are delivered with accuracy, timeliness and professionalism—especially during time-sensitive periods. Work closely with the Account Management Teams on all incoming and outgoing jobs to accurately capture and consolidate clients’ specific requirements. Ensure effective and clear communication of client specifications and deadlines to internal production teams. Effectively project manage and track multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth progress from internal briefing through to final delivery. Contribute to cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients through reliable, proactive and thoughtful service. Assist in brand-building initiatives, promotional campaigns and cross-department marketing efforts. Undertake other related duties assigned by the Company, always with a spirit of diligence and adaptability. Qualifications Diploma holder or above (Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines preferred). 1+ years of proven experience in project coordination, marketing support, agency workflow, print production is a distinct advantage. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure. Good command of English and Chinese ; proficiency in written Chinese for proof-reading is a bonus. Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine eagerness to learn the technical craftsmanship of our financial printing trade.
