We are looking for qualified candidate(s) to join our team. Job Description Compliance & Documentation Management: Coordinate and follow up on compliance requirements for various R&D projects. Ensure all relevant governmental documents, progress reports, and records are submitted accurately and on schedule. Project Progress Monitoring: Liaise closely with the R&D team to track the development progress, ensuring all project milestones are met according to the timeline. Communicate the progress to related stakeholders. Technical Reporting: Collect and organize technical data, photos, and meeting minutes during the R&D process. Draft high-quality project progress reports and business documents in both English and Chinese. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between external partners, relevant authorities, and internal R&D teams. Handle administrative inquiries and reimbursement processes related to the projects. Administrative Support: Assist in managing project budgets, procurement records, and other administrative workflows related to R&D activities. Requirements Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Engineering Management, Innovative Technology, or a related discipline. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination. Prior experience in handling governmental project documentation, compliance, or reporting is highly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction technology, automated machinery, or Internet of Things (IoT) to comprehend technical terminology used by the R&D team. Language Skills: Excellent written English and Chinese; ability to produce precise and rigorous project reports. Core Competencies: Extremely detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle complex paperwork independently. We offer competitive packages.
