Key Accountabilities Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-level operating systems (Linux/Windows Server), ensuring high availability and security; Install, configure, optimize performance, and troubleshoot middleware such as WebLogic, Tomcat, Nginx, Apache, and MQ; Develop automation tools using scripting languages like Shell/Python/Ansible to improve operational efficiency; Enhance centralized monitoring systems to track production environments in real-time and ensure service stability; Analyze system resource usage, perform capacity planning, and dynamic resource allocation to enhance overall performance; Respond promptly to IT incidents, service requests, and outages; design disaster recovery solutions based on application requirements to mitigate business risks; Strictly enforce infrastructure management policies, technical standards and security protocols to ensure compliance; Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for emergency incident resolution; Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely manner. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level system administration including Operating System & Middleware; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Certifications such as RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, AWS/Azure/Alicloud Certification, or equivalent are a plus; Proven experience in deploying, configuring, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments; Hands‑on expertise in middleware platforms (WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx) and message queues (MQ); Strong scripting and automation skills (Shell, Python, Ansible) for infrastructure management and C/CD pipelines; Experience with monitoring tools (Solarwind, Zabbix) and centralized log management; Knowledge of virtualization/cloud platforms (VMware, Huawei) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers) and security best practices (SSL/TLS, IAM); Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach; Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams; Willingness to participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations and handle emergencies; Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
