Collaborate with the team to offer graphic design solutions for the company's product development, ensuring alignment with the brand's image. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and design styles, fostering innovative concepts for product development. Oversee the entire process from conceptual design to final production, including graphic creation, color coordination, and material selection. Work closely with the production department to ensure that the graphic design can achieve high quality production. Responsible for managing the documents and data of the graphic design to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data. Support the team in accomplishing related design tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in art, design or related majors. 5 years or above experience in sports or fashion retail industry is preferred. Strong artistic foundation and creative thinking skills. Strong sense of Women’s sportswear trend & graphics Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to work with people from different departments. Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Keen understanding of fashion trends with the ability to accurately predict market trends. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin for clear and accurate communication with team members, clients, and superiors. Good English communication skills for reading design data, industry trend reports and basic email and meeting communication for potential international cooperation projects of the company. Willing to travel within mainland China. Candidate with less experience could be considered as Graphic Designer.
