Graphic & Fashion Designer (Senior / Manager) - 5 DAYS work About the role About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic & Fashion Designer (Senior / Manager Level) to join the dynamic team at AVENUE (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED. As a Senior or Manager level Graphic & Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our fashion brand. This full‑time position is based in our Kwai Hing District office. What you'll be doing Research: Develop innovative and on‑trend graphic designs and fashion illustrations for the brand's apparel, accessories, and marketing materials Design: Creating men & women collections from concept to pre‑production, including themes, styling, sketches, and sample fittings. Develop new products, fabric, trims, and tech pack with sketch Production: Collaborate closely with the merchandiser to translate concepts into quality, commercially viable fashion collection Trends: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fashion trends and consumer insights to inform the creative direction Present: Prepare design presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders Manage: End‑to‑end design process, from ideation to final production Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising and factory teams to ensure smooth development processes and timely delivery of products Support: Work with Marketing team for support if needed What we're looking for 5+ years of experience as a Graphic or Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills in fashion graphic design for commercial casual wear or activewear Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Keen understanding of fashion trends with the ability to accurately predict market trends Familiar with Japanese / USA / Hong Kong fashion, music & culture Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related creative field Less experience to be considered for Senior Designer What we offer Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs Team‑building activities and social events About us AVENUE (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED is a leading fashion chain known for our innovative designs and commitment to quality.
