Assitant Vice President, IT Governance

Responsibilities Perform Information Technology Governance and Control, including Infrastructure operations, cyber security and project management. Work closely with 1st line of defense teams to identify control weaknesses, suggest practical recommendations for improvements and mitigating potential risks. Plan and conduct regular internal risk control self‑assessments to evaluate the appropriateness of IT controls. Handle IT‑related regulatory risk assessments and audits. Develop and maintain a comprehensive remediation process to monitor the proper implementation of recommendations to address issues identified by internal and external risk assessments and audits. Provide support to cross‑functional teams on IT budget and resources planning. Establish, review and verify that IT related policies, standards and procedures documentation meet regulatory requirements. Requirements University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure set‑up or Cyber security support. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HKMA TMG‑1, TME‑1, PCI‑DSS is preferable. Detail‑minded, problem‑solving skills, well organized with a high level of integrity. Proactive, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal relationships and leadership skills. Working experience in the banking industry is preferable. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Vice President, IT Governance & Control position.
