Application Support & Development Manager

Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM ) is a pre-eminent law firm in Hong Kong with representative offices in Beijing and Shanghai and a Beijing IP agency which handles trademark registration matters in Mainland China. JSM advises clients on the full spectrum of legal issues arising on the most complex deals and disputes in and from Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the support and maintenance of various core applications such as:
    • iManage, Aderant and the Intapp product suite
    • Asia Web Platform that hosts the Holiday Home and Junk booking system
    • Business card booking system
    • A number of Real Estate tools such as the Unit Allocation Tool, Interest Calculator and related workstreams such as the Appointment Scheduler
  • Run projects and upgrades related to area of expertise
Qualification / Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years at managerial level. Prior working experience in legal industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in programming languages, and development frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage and mentor their team
  • Excellent SQL and database skills
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
