As a Style Advisor your role is to be the main point of contact and source of inspiration for our customer, a master storyteller, introducing them to new brands, key pieces, hot picks and “Only at Lane Crawford” global exclusives. The Role Inspire our customers by being their passionate fashion and lifestyle expert, dedicated to delivering an exceptional end to end styling experience. Act as Lane Crawford Ambassador, using your clienteling skills to provide a personalised customer experience and build strong long term relationships. Proactively engage with customers to identify their unique needs, using your knowledge in styling and selling to provide them with personalised, cross business unit solutions. Actively manage your portfolio of customers and continue to grow your customer base and generate referrals. Manage your sales and customer database to meet/exceed your individual and team sales targets and KPI’s. Proactively capture and provide feedback on products and / or services received from the customers. The Ideal Candidate Has a love of fashion Warm, welcoming personality with strong communication skills. Always puts the customer first, being attentive and empathetic to their needs. Deliver on KPI’s and support the store to achieve its targets. Curiosity to learn, develop and build upon existing styling skills and knowledge supported by our Lane Crawford Academy.
