(website: Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and support all supply chain related issues, including transportation, shipment approval, claims, inquiries and customs compliance. Monitor and arrange shipments in a cost‑effective and efficient way to ensure on‑time delivery, proper carrier allocation, and maximize consolidation. Take ownership of preparing and distributing supply chain reports. Monitor shipment performance metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery, cost) to analyze root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions. Support document management, including updating operational resources and/or developing new resources and tools to increase program efficiency. Liaise and negotiate with vendors, forwarders & courier companies to implement areas for improvement in efficiency, service level and compliance. Assist with the research, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives related to the assigned team. Manage and deliver ad‑hoc analytical projects and reports to address specific business challenges and support strategic decision‑making. Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. 2‑5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain/logistics; knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain operations is preferred. Ability to handle the full setup of import/export and banking documents; proficient understanding of shipping/logistics process flow & shipment arrangement, preferable in buying office/sourcing industry. Good skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Enthusiastic, independent and self‑motivated with minimal supervision. Good analytical and reporting skills. Proactive / good communication. Multi‑tasking with planning, well‑organized. Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Benefits Professional support for job training.
