The ideal candidate combines creative and strategic thinking with a passion for marketing, business technology, and teamwork. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's presence in the Japanese market. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns that connect with the local businesses, especially SME business owners. Your primary focus will be generating demand through search engines and social media advertising while delivering quality leads to our sales team. You will leverage your understanding of local culture and consumer behavior to create compelling, culturally relevant campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive product demand. Your tasks include but are not limited to: Lead marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness in Japan Manage and optimize Google ad campaigns through weekly performance reviews and keyword adjustments Create engaging online content including webinars, blogs, videos, community group, and social media posts to enhance SEO and product education Execute digital advertising campaigns for products and events to drive customer acquisition Develop strategic marketing initiatives through social media, external collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing Coordinate product launches and exhibitions while managing reseller and vendor relationships Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams to share market insights and optimize marketing initiatives Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in Japan Support expansion initiatives through market analysis and reporting MUST HAVE Bachelor degree or higher Native Japanese language skills and professional-level English proficiency Experience in managing and creating content for Google Search ads Creative mindset to generate new ideas and solutions Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders Experience in managing major social media platforms NICE TO HAVE 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing Experience in working on influencer marketing Working experience in Japan Experience in the SaaS industryImmediate Availability VALUES You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude You are open-minded and can react to change with agility You are a quick and autonomous learner You have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives Willing to contribute to great company culture Job Complexity: Personal Evolution: Variability of the Job: Technical complexity Overachieving Possibilities: Team / Company Size: 25 / 280 people Company Growth: 75% YoY Company Maturity: Profitable Need More Info?
