Responsibilities Partner with on‑chain business units to design and implement advanced analytics solutions, transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights. Lead analytical support for on‑chain campaigns (e.g., airdrops, staking programs), ensuring accurate tracking of user eligibility, rewards distribution, and post‑event ROI analysis. Build data dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Dune Analytics, Tableau) to monitor key metrics (TVL, user activity, gas trends) and inform strategic decisions. Be part of a fast‑paced industry and organization where time to market is critical. Requirements Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences. 3‑5 years of full‑time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role. A self‑driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: Mastery of EVM‑based chains (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon), including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycle, and smart contract execution. Ability to decode transaction structures (e.g., Ethereum’s `txn` fields, Solana’s account‑based model) and smart contract logs/events (ABI parsing, event signature analysis). Expertise in Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) and at least one other platform (e.g., Nansen, Glassnode). Ability to query and decode raw blockchain data (e.g., BigQuery public datasets for Ethereum/Solana). Competency in two or more of the following: • A data visualization tool (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI) • A graph querying language (e.g. NoSQL, Neo4J) • Strong programming knowledge (e.g. Python, C++, Java) • A deep understanding of other Non‑EVM blockchain mechanisms (e.g. SUI, Solana).
