Our Store Managers are front leaders and inspire our teams to delivergreat specialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out. We are currently looking for an ambitious and well-experienced F&B professional to join and lead one of our teams. Responsibilities include: Leading and managing the team in daily operations to ensure excellence and compliance with company SOP’s Supervise food and beverage quality, presentation and speed of service, ensuring hygiene standards, stock- and par levels, and financial procedures comply with company requirements Recruiting, training, and developing the team Achieve financial and operational goals (on sales, wastage, staffing etc) Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence Receiving café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered Resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers To be a FINEPRINT Store Manager, you must have: A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in busy cafés/restaurant in a managerial role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of 15+ people Passion and understanding of specialty coffee Interest in people and have an open and positive attitude Strong problem solving, decision making and organizing skills Strong interpersonal skills with flair in delivering service excellence Excellent organizational and time management skills, both within and outside the store Effective communication skills and you’re not afraid to ask questions Our stores are open from 6am - 6pm daily; you must be able to start at 5am some days of the week.
