Our Toyota Aftersales team is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward. What you'll do Act as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing hospitality in a professional manner—both in person and over the phone Manage appointment scheduling for the service advisor team, ensuring readiness before customer arrival Answer service hotline calls professionally and conduct booking confirmation calls Provide administrative support to the service advisor team Assist customers with inquiries related to product knowledge and usage Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills, along with basic computer proficiency Exhibit a “CAN DO” attitude and collaborate effectively with team members About you To be successful in this role you will be : Higher Diploma or above 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority. Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Holders of Driving License No.1 & 2 will be given priority We offer you Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents). 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
