We, through our subsidiaries, are approved contractors for Public Works under Port Works and Site Formation Category in Group B or Group C. We also offer specialist services to clients and main contractors including design and construction of airfield structural works; management of land fill reception facilities and marine sediment disposal pits; marine transportation/engineering; aids to navigation and mooring; precast concrete and steelwork products supply and installation including very heavy structures; and recycling of construction and demolition materials. Responsibilities Monitor overall project management including Design and Build tendering, budgetary planning, cost control and negotiation to execution, quality control, monitor safety issues and site progress. Manage and review the on-going projects by breaking down the construction method into detailed working sequences to ensure the key performance goals and timelines and budget cost are met. Supervise the project team members, collaborate and liaise with relevant parties to oversee and ensure site works are in compliance with contractual specifications and drawings. Other ad‑hoc assignments as instructed. Requirements Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related. Chartered membership of HKIE (Geotech / Marine / Civil) / ICE or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Civil or Construction sector. Advanced competencies in organizational, time management, multi-tasking skills across multiple projects equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
