Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role We are seeking a talented Draftsman to join our dynamic team at AXXA Group Limited in the Wan Chai District. As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in our architectural design and drafting processes, contributing to the successful delivery of innovative projects. What you'll be doing Produce and edit CAD drawings/models using relevant software and manage accurate e-filing of project information Assist the senior staff with updates and management of the Company’s CAD standards Production of a full set of Tender and Construction drawings, documents and presentation materials from Schematic Design to Design Development to Construction Documentation Review and modify designs based on feedback from project managers and clients Maintain organized documentation of drafts and revisions Ensure designs and drawings comply with required standards Prepare accurate and detailed drawings Coordinate closely with the project team to develop the drawings Perform ad-hoc duties as required What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the design and architecture industry Strong proficiency in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and ability to meet tight schedules Immediate availability is highly preferred AXXA Group Limited is a leading design and architecture firm known for our innovative and sustainable solutions.
