About the Opportunity The Asset Team strives to deliver a top‑tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the technical infrastructure supporting on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering scalability, stability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize infrastructure requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Work closely with engineering teams to translate infrastructure requirements into technical specifications and oversee the successful implementation of infrastructure projects. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and infrastructure, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement efficient processes for on-chain deposit and withdrawal operations. What We Look For In You: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business). Prior working experience in well‑known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency protocols, and the technical aspects of on‑chain transactions. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and prioritize competing demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
