Business Technology Manager (Affiliated and Overseas Entities IT Risk Control) Overview Roles And Responsibilities are listed below in the responsibilities section. The job involves liaising between business and IT units, planning and managing project lifecycles, and assisting in IT project delivery across the bank, with attention to budgets, schedules, and stakeholder reporting. Responsibilities Liaise among business and IT units to ensure requirements are well defined and properly implemented. Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, and implementation. Assist in the management of IT projects across the bank, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. Monitor IT budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize delivery outcomes. Prepare and present IT project status reports to leadership teams. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields. Detail oriented with solid soft skills to balance technical and business requirements. Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and project deliverables. Good command of both written and spoken English with Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Solid experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
