My client is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Manager/ Executive (Client Service for Enterprise Accounts). The right candidate will focus on securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue growth for our current accounts. Deliver exceptional account support to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Oversee the contract renewal process for current clients, ensuring it is completed accurately and on time. Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Identify growth opportunities and potential upsells, working alongside the Client Service Lead to formulate effective strategies. Monitor and report on account activities, renewal progress, and client feedback. Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Support and Finance, to provide a seamless client experience. Keep precise records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management within the CRM system. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the IT sector. Experience within the healthcare industry will be an advantage. A proactive and results‑driven approach, focused on achieving sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Proficient in both English and Chinese. Candidates with less years of experience will be considered for the account executive role.
