Training & Talent Development Manager [Banking]*Excellent Package*

Our client is well-known and expanding bank and now looking for high calibre to join their group. Responsibilities Implement training policies and deliver the appropriate learning solutions to the highest standard, on time and within budget. Plan and drive talent development solutions and build a strong talent pipeline for the Bank in support of its strategic people agenda. Driving talent management, career development and corporate development initiatives with the support of other members of the department. Identify talent gaps and needs of the Bank for future capacity building and adopt appropriate approach and effective development solutions for different talent groups. Design and implement comprehensive talent development framework and end-to-end processes, from talent identification, talent review, programmatic development interventions, to career development planning. Review and assess regularly on the approach and methodologies of talent solutions to optimize learning effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues in innovating solution delivery in areas of expertise. Provide professional, proper advice and support to lines of business and function. Provide resources, guidance, training and coaching to team members. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources Management. Proven organisation track records in implementing training strategies and various learning solutions. Solid experience in deriving training and development strategies and policies. Passionate about learning and development. Ability to carry out organisational learning analysis as well as execution. High level of commercial acumen, excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Sound facilitation and presentation skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
