Working closely with the Talent Development lead and various stakeholders, you will design learning pathways that guide continuous career development for all levels and deliver learning and development solutions that address capability needs in line with FWD’s strategic direction and transformation. The Job Partner with business stakeholders across FWD HK & Macau to identify learning & development needs, design, lead and execute development solutions to address those needs. Create a culture of continuous development and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning and development programmes. Utilize available resources to organize, develop, and prioritize learning plans and curricula that align with FWD’s organisational strategic priorities. Instruction design and delivery of innovative learning & development solutions to support the development needs across different stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career & talent development, wellbeing, and leadership development. Design and develop talent in our FWD customised talent programme with the necessary skills and mindset to prepare them for greater responsibilities in the talent pipeline. Provide regular reports to management on learning impact in the organisation. Responsible for managing the overall performance of new and ongoing development initiatives and training programmes. Manage skills training for individuals and groups to ensure all employees are keeping up to date with required skills. Support internal communications and ongoing transformation efforts relating to learning, development, engagement activities, and culture change initiatives across FWD HK & Macau. The Person At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, specialising in learning and development gained from sizable corporations. Proficiency and fluency in Cantonese and English. Experience in instructional design, learning digitisation, curriculum development, training delivery, strong execution/programme management for large‑scale/companywide events. Knowledge of contemporary adult learning principles, blended learning design, market trends, learning systems, tools and best practices. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning technology, in particular Workday Learning. Strong analytical skills, digital and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem‑solving. Good knowledge of HR fundamentals.
