Job Responsibilities Handle the full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment calculations, leave management, attendance verification, and medical scheme administration; Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity; Support HR projects, including but not limited to learning and development, health and wellness initiatives, inclusion programs, and internal policy updates; Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, such as maintaining records and scheduling meetings; Serve as a point of contact for employee engagement activities and collect feedback for continuous improvement; Assist in the dissemination of internal communications related to employee engagement initiatives; Assist in the recruitment process, including understanding hiring needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, preparing offers and contracts, and coordinating onboarding arrangements; Arrange payment of HR-related expenses; Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines; Preferably with at least 3 years of all-rounded HR experience in a sizable organization; Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices; Proactive, well-organised, team player and attentive to details; Able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment; High level of integrity to handle confidential information professionally; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; Fresh graduates or applicants with less experience are also welcomed and will be considered for the post of Assistant/Human Resources Generalist.
