Human Resources Manager, Generalist with L&D Focus Support full HR business partnering across multiple business units, including employee relations, performance planning, workforce planning and training support. Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies for both corporate and operational functions. Lead HR coordination for staff onboarding, orientation, training programs, and continuous employee development activities. Support HR Manager and senior leadership in organizational development initiatives, HR data analysis, and HR policy review. Handle staff records, HR reporting dashboards, leave/attendance administration, MPF, payroll coordination and benefits administration. Participate in cross-functional project assignments , including digital HR system implementation, workforce engagement programs, and productivity improvement alignment. Assist in planning corporate culture-building initiatives and internal communications. Perform additional tasks as assigned in alignment with business priorities and expansion objectives. Candidate Profile / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline. 10-20 years of HR experience including exposure to HR operations and people management support. Strong interpersonal skills with professional maturity , discretion, and stakeholder communication capability. Proactive working style and willingness to learn across different HR domains. Adaptability to operational duties, cross-team projects, and multi-task HR workflows. High responsibility, ownership mindset, and able to manage deadlines and operational cycles. Strong Excel / HRIS knowledge preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and conversational Mandarin. Less experienced candidates could be considered AHRM.
