Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee the marketing team tomaximize all marketing opportunities including but not limited todrivethe new plan initiatives Manage brand portfolio and ensure compliance to brand and marketing activities Develop marketing strategy, brand strategies, programs and promotions to meet business needs Partner withmarketing consultants to lead newbrandingdevelopmentactivities (e.g. TVC)to drive market excitement and business growth Explore new business opportunities, drive partnership collaboration (both external & internal partners) to expand brand portfolio and capture new consumer base Ensure an excellent execution in strategic planning & implementation,not limited to brand management, marketing, graphic management and CRM management Work closely with internal and external parties in the production of advertising, promotions and public relations materials to ensureeffectivein-store execution andcustomercommunication Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management Job Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplineli> Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications, brand strategy / management field, of which 6 years at managerial level Experience working in retail industry or marketing agencies is highly preferable Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind, creative and able to work under pressure Outstanding leadership skills and at the same time being a great team player with the ability to foster collaboration, inspire creativity, establish a vision and motivate team to achieve strategic business goals Good ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong project management, with strategic & analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Travel to SZ office is required We offer an attractive package commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
