Role Description This full-time role overlooks both Hong Kong and Shanghai. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Intern), your primary responsibilities will include assisting with sales efforts, supporting marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to team training activities. You will collaborate with the team to enhance client engagement, grow our customer base, and promote the unique offerings of Potion House through targeted marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to confidently interact with customers and teammates Experience or interest in Sales Marketing, Social Media, and Event Management to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Ability to assist with Training activities to support team development and knowledge sharing Passion for tea culture and creative marketing strategies to connect with diverse audiences Flexible and proactive approach to working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment Fluency in English Mandarin and Cantonese is advantageous, along with a positive and professional attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
