About Our Client You'll deliver expert, real-time trading support and operational oversight for a diverse range of products, acting as a crucial link between our clients and the complex dynamics of global financial markets. Your expertise will be key in maintaining market integrity and providing exceptional, solutions-driven customer service. Job Description Provide first-line support for trading systems and workflows Buy Side Technology production support across front- and back-office systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple asset classes Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely issue resolution Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system release cycles Maintain a strong onsite presence to foster close relationships and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for system, service, or product improvements and drive enhancements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and a knowledge base for support troubleshooting and training initiatives The Successful Applicant Proven experience in trade production support in a client- or vendor-facing role. Experience in real-time trading environments, including incident management, latency troubleshooting, and post-trade reconciliation Strong understanding of market microstructure, order types, and execution strategies across asset classes Hands-on experience with FIX protocol, including message parsing, session management, and troubleshooting connectivity issues Proven ability to manage production outages, perform root cause analysis, and communicate effectively with stakeholders under pressure Experience supporting front-office trading desks, with a deep understanding of trader workflows and urgency in issue resolution Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., MiFID II, TRACE) and how they impact trading systems Experience with real-time data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and market data normalization Ability to write and maintain diagnostic scripts for log parsing, alerting, and automated recovery Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in trading environments Experience with incident tracking and knowledge management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence) Technical Skills Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, virtual compute environments Databases: Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server Scripting: Shell, Bash, Python Messaging Systems: IBM MQ, Kafka, Tibco EMS, AMPS Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, PagerDuty Reporting Tools: Power BI, Tableau What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity: you'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, drive platform stability, and shape the future of trading support through strategic tooling and partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
