The Job: The incumbent is responsible for implementing the Wage Monitoring System in accordance with contract requirements. Job Duties: Maintain and update employment and attendance records of site personnel. Monitor the labours’ wages payment and MPF contribution processes in compliance with the Company’s guidelines and legal regulations. Prepare labour related document and reports for submission to the Labour Relations Officer of HA/ASD in accordance with the contract requirements. Respond to enquiries in relation to labour related matters from site personnel / the Labour Relations Officer of HA / ASD. Assist in handling complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contribution raised by any site personnel. Maintain a completed filing system and provide clerical support on site. Requirements: Attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent. Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferred. At least 1 year's full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties in construction industry. Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation. Good computer knowledge, preferably with experience in the operation of a computerized smart-card system.
