Assistant Contractor's Labour Officer / Contractor's Labour Officer Check and verify the payment of wages, MPF contributions, attendance, and workers' licenses at the site. Verify the operation of wages protection policies and handle related worker complaints. Handle and follow up on all worker complaints related to wage payments, employment terms, conditions, or other issues. Work with relevant departments/parties to fulfill the project’s submission requirements. Ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) OR 5 subjects at Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese, English‑Syllabus B & Mathematics OR certificate in Human Resources / Personnel Management is preferred. Minimum 2 years of full‑time on‑site relevant experience. Holding a Certificate of Labour Relations Officer is highly preferable. Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good computer knowledge, preferably with experience on the operation of a computerized smart‑card system. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing. Valid Green Card. Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as ACLO.
