Company Overview European listed multinational company with over 60 years of history Brand owner and manufacturer: medical devices, healthcare, and nursing equipment Hong Kong office serves as a sales and service hub Target customers include the Hospital Authority (HA) and private hospitals in Hong Kong This role is dedicated to promoting our brand of medical devices & nursing equipment to HA and private hospitals, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting improved patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Sales Director and work collaboratively within the sales team Actively promote and position the company’s medical devices to HA and private hospitals in Hong Kong Anticipate and exceed customer needs by offering tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio Provide product recommendations, education, and training to healthcare professionals, supporting improved quality of life for patients and caregivers Network extensively with key opinion leaders and healthcare executives across Hong Kong hospitals Lead discussions with hospital decision‑makers to identify, grow, and maintain key customer relationships Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams within the hospital sector Conduct annual market analysis, gathering intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends Ideal Candidate 1+ years of sales experience in the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nursing sector Academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Science, Biology, Healthcare, Nursing, Medical, or Pharmaceutical disciplines is an advantage Experience promoting to the Hospital Authority (HA) or private hospitals in Hong Kong is highly preferred Local knowledge of the Hong Kong healthcare market preferred (training and guidance will be provided) Strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills What We Offer 5‑day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm) 13‑month salary plus performance bonus 14 days annual leave Medical insurance coverage Work‑life balance culture Clear career path within a European multinational medical device brand owner, offering long‑term growth and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
