Assistant Operations Manager (Training Program) During the 18 months training program, trainees will be given a series of on‑job training, mentorship, environmental protection work and professional qualification training, together with a program of job rotation across different sites and supportive departments in order to gain abroad exposure to the Company's business operations. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainees will be appointed to Assistant Operations Manager.
