Monitor shipment schedule and vendor arrangements for on-time fulfilment. Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate records. Implement strategies to maximize the effective use of warehouse space while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency. Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in layout and workflow. Inventory control and oversee monitor daily air cargo activities, ensuring to improve processing and handling. Prepare and manage ULD (Unit Load Device) load plans to improve ULD equalization, achieving pivot requirements for efficient cargo distribution. Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including collaborating with other departments to enhance operational workflows, troubleshooting warehouse operations issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. RequirementsAir Warehouse experience is a must. Diploma in Aviation Operations or logistics is preferable. ULD load plan and E-commerce experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in air warehouse management or logistics. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office. Sound knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Fork-lift Truck Operation Certificates preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
