Our client is a global leader in circular technology and device lifecycle management. They partner with the world's largest tech brands, retailers, and carriers to recover, refurbish, and remarket consumer electronics, processing over 12 million devices annually. With 200+ employees across 60+ countries and recognition as a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 winner, they're scaling rapidly while driving sustainability in the tech industry. They're now looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their global IT team in Hong Kong, someone who can keep their distributed workforce connected, productive, and secure. Location: Hong Kong What you'll do End‑User Support & Enablement Be the go‑to expert for employee technology issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using Intune and Jamf Create self‑service tools and knowledge base articles that empower employees to solve common issues Ensure smooth onboarding—new hires get working equipment on day one Infrastructure & Security Manage M365 environment, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Teams Maintain network infrastructure including Cisco switches, firewalls, and VPN Drive security‑first mindset through patching, MDM, and vulnerability management Collaborate with InfoSec on proactive security practices Operations & Projects Handle incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL practices Set up new sites and manage hardware lifecycle globally Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to infrastructure projects What we’re looking for Must have 6+ years in IT Systems Engineering or 2nd/3rd‑line support, ideally in a global environment 5+ years hands‑on with M365 administration and Azure (AD, DNS, Policies) Strong end‑user device expertise across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android Experience with Intune and/or Jamf for endpoint management Solid networking knowledge: Cisco, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls ITIL familiarity and excellent troubleshooting skills Fluent English (written and verbal) Nice to have M365 or ITIL v4 certification CCNA or Palo Alto certification Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence AWS or advanced Azure cloud experience Why this role?
