JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver reliable engineering solutions for OE & RS business in company products—such as brake systems, automatic door systems, HVAC systems—by developing proposals, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop technical proposals aligned with customer specifications and contract requirements. Lead and manage technical solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams in OE & RS business. Coordinate milestone reviews and support project planning activities. Define requirements for new parts, tools, and documentation to support engineering and service needs. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and cost estimates. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deliver presentations, and provide training for stakeholders. Collaborate with the system engineering manager to ensure smooth team workflows and project alignment. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent discipline. At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally in system design, pneumatic/hydraulic systems; experience in the railway industry is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated and a team player. Strong project management knowledge, customer-centric, problem solving and decision-making skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with engineering tools/software (i.e. AutoCAD, VISIO, PLM etc.). 5-day work week and hybrid work environment.
