Campus Recruiting Associate JD As a Campus Recruiting Associate at Millennium, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our campus recruiting strategy, including university engagement, internship program management, and candidate experience design. You will be responsible for managing multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offers and intern program management. If you thrive in a rapidly changing environment, we’d love to hear from you Principal Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies to attract world‑class candidates. Work closely with managers throughout the recruiting process and summer programs. Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate‑level candidates, ensuring a seamless experience. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies with universities across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. Manage the planning and execution of on‑campus and in‑house recruiting events. Develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting process. Oversee the internship program operations, including orientation, training, events, performance tracking, feedback, and conversion outcomes. Qualifications/Skills Required Minimum of 5 years Campus/University recruiting experience, Financial Services is a plus. Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build partnerships with business leaders and anticipate challenges to drive solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent. Experience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) e.g. Workday / Eightfold is a plus.
