Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and maximize sales and qualified web traffic Construct and maintain prioritized backlogs and requirements for technical SEO, local SEO, and ASO to improve natural search traffic Prioritize keywords and landing pages to attract target audience Develop and implement link building strategy Monitor and analyze SEO/ASO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, installs and other in-app events Assist content team in crafting strategies to support organic and paid campaign performance Build systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO Work with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns Perform regular SEO audits and drive work items as necessary Follow and digest popular SEO publications and blogs to stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques. Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or related discipline 3+ years experience of SEO / ASO in financial industry Hands on experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Botify or Search Metrics Familiar with Google algorithm, search ranking technology and principles Independent, self-motivated and attentive to details Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
