This role is based in Shenzhen office (with daily shuttle commuting from/to Hong Kong), and support the design and development of seasonal and/or capsule collection for contemporary premium fashion brands and outdoor activewear brands that Lever Style services in the US and European markets. RESPONSIBILITIES Follow the direction set by Product Development Manager on the graphic design / artwork for different apparel brand customers from sketch, and design output, to tech-pack creation. Analyze trends in different regions and categories, focusing on fabrics, silhouettes, and colors to ensure designs meet market demands. Interpret trends into commercial products within workable price points. Provide design supporting works on a daily basis, including organizing and maintaining design files, swatches, samples, and fabric libraries. Assist in preparing and updating design documentation such as spec sheets, tech packs, fitting notes, and collection overviews. Support the team during fittings, mood board creation, and seasonal collection presentations. Coordinate with internal teams (product development, merchandising, marketing, virtual merchandising) and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the print quality and effect that meets the brand’s standards. Track, record, and manage samples, design archives, and seasonal records to support product development. Assist with general workflow support to keep the design process efficient and well-documented. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in apparel product development (preferrably in garment suppliers or trading or buying offices) with focus on outdoor and activewear (HIIT, yoga, running, cycling, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, swimming, etc.). Familiar with fabrics and trims, e.g. performance knits, cut & sewn knits. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); well-versed with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop design tools. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. Proactive, responsible, and a team player with a positive attitude. Passionate about fashion and eager to learn and grow within the industry. Occasional business travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
