Investment Compliance Manager - PB Products, Corporate Bank Join to apply for the Investment Compliance Manager - PB Products, Corporate Bank role at Michael Page About Our Client Our client is seeking an experienced Investment Compliance Officer to join a top-tier corporate banking team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment compliance, with a deep understanding of private banking products and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations, supporting product due diligence, and mitigating compliance risks. Job Description Conduct compliance reviews for private banking products to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. Perform product due diligence, including risk assessment and suitability analysis for new and existing offerings. Advise business units on compliance matters related to investment products, including structured products, funds, and alternative investments. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on private banking and investment services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Product Teams) to implement compliance controls and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, reports, and audit responses as required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within private banking or wealth management. Strong understanding of private banking products (structured products, funds, alternatives). Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory frameworks and global compliance standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
