Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshooting client issues and answering technical questions across hybrid and AI‑enabled environments. Support basic maintenance of CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics CRM) and assist with SQL Server administration and routine network upkeep. Communicate in fluent English with clients to clarify requirements and report progress. Take part in ongoing technical training and knowledge sharing to build professional skills. Collaborate closely with engineers and customer‑facing teams delivering a customer‑centric service. Requirements Hands‑on knowledge of SQL Server or network maintenance or proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. .NET / C#). Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Degree or background in computer / IT fields or equivalent operational / maintenance experience; quick learner. Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service orientation. Microsoft certifications or prior IT support experience are a plus; training available for motivated less‑experienced candidates.
