Senior Quantity Surveyor/ AM (E&M focus) - client-side Add expected salary to your profile for insights Currently we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ AM for our client who has solid experience in E&M function to join their project management team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Responsible for full QS services from pre-contract to post-contract administration. Assist in estimations, specifications, tendering, valuation of interim payments and variations, quotations and final accounts, etc. Manage and coordinate with consultants on contracts administrations. Requirement: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or relevant disciplines is preferred. 6+ years of experience in E&M QS , experience gained from client-side, consultancy or contractors are also welcome. Experience in E&M QS for A&A, fitting-out, renovation projects , data centre is highly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
