Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor Summary A leading main contractor in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality fitting-out projects; delivering exceptional results and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering for fitting-out projects. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports. Assist in contract administration and procurement processes. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes when necessary. Mentor junior staff and provide professional guidance as needed (for Senior Quantity Surveyor role). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on fitting-out projects. Previous experience working with a main contractor is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
